RENTAL OF REAL ESTATE ABROAD

The owners of real estate abroad prefer not to engage in renting out housing on their own, but immediately turn to a real estate agency (real estate agency). And in the future, the agency deals with all issues of rental housing.

You pay for the apartment to be "secured" for you and removed from the market, that is, this is a guarantee that the agency will no longer offer this property to subsequent applicants.

After you have paid the agency's commission, a check is made for your integrity, as well as the legality of your stay. To do this, you need to provide the agency with documents that confirm the legality of your stay in the country. For students, the document confirming legal stay may be an official letter from the educational institution.
