Location
The complex is situated in the Nai Thon area on the northwestern coast of Phuket. Nearby, there are cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, minimarts, and beach bars, with the Sirinat National Park located close by.
Banana Beach is about 4 km away — approximately a 7‑minute drive. Phuket International Airport is 8 km away, taking about 10 minutes by car. International schools, hospitals, Makro supermarkets, and the Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket shopping centers can be reached in about 10–15 minutes. In the evening, beachfront cafes, restaurants, and small bars are open in the area, while large entertainment venues are located in other parts of the island. The terrain combines a flat coastal strip with hilly areas near the slopes, so for regular trips around the island, it is more convenient to use a car or a motorbike.

The 32 m² studio combines a living and kitchen area. It is furnished with a King‑Size bed, has one bathroom, and a balcony with a garden view. The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has an elevator.

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, a set of dishes, and kitchen utensils. For your stay, there is a Smart TV, air conditioning, a safe, a workspace, and internet access.

Within walking distance, there are only daily‑use shops; for major purchases, a trip to neighboring areas is required. The area remains low‑rise, and there are no large shopping or entertainment centers or nightclubs near the beach.
Booking procedure
Provide your arrival dates and rental period. The manager will prepare a cost estimate, send the contract, and inform you of the advance payment amount. After it is received, the booking is confirmed, and the remaining amount is paid before arrival or upon check‑in.
