Professional Status

I am a certified member of the Association of Brokers of Civil Contracts of the Regional Unit of Corinthia. My membership in the professional community of real estate agents has been confirmed for 2025, and I also serve as the person responsible for the association's expenses. This means my colleagues trust me with the financial discipline of the organization — an additional level of responsibility I carry for the professional community.

Experience and Expertise

I have been working in the Greek real estate market for seven years. Our agency, Discount-House, was founded in 2007, so I have behind me the company's nineteen-year history, its reputation, and its established connections. I specialize in the sale and purchase of residential real estate in Loutraki, Corinthia, and throughout the entire Peloponnese peninsula. Over the course of my career, I have completed sixty-eight successful transactions. Seventy percent of my new clients come through referrals — this is the main indicator of trust by which I measure the quality of my work.

Education and Qualifications

In June 2021, I completed training in Athens with certified trainer Akis Angelakis in the program Real Estate Selling Skills: Techniques for Overcoming Client Objections. This seminar gave me tools for working with complex negotiations, which directly impacts the speed and quality of closing deals.

Languages and Geography

I speak Russian, Greek, and English. This allows me to work both with local residents and state institutions of Greece, as well as with Russian-speaking buyers who want to purchase real estate in Loutraki, Corinthia, the Peloponnese, or any other region of Greece upon request. My Approach to Work

I don't just search for property options. I help solve a problem. For a buyer, this means I take into account not only the budget and square footage but also hidden fees, the legal cleanliness of the property, realistic processing times, and risks that dishonest real estate agents remain silent about. For a seller, it means an honest valuation, property preparation for showings, and negotiations without losing value. I work so that after a transaction, the client is not just satisfied, but calm. Because calmness about an investment in real estate in another country is what people come to a professional consultant for.

All stated facts are documented: sixty-eight successful transactions, seven years of personal practice, a certificate of membership in the Association of Realtors of Corinthia for 2025, and a certificate of completion of the Real Estate Selling Skills training from June 26, 2021.
