The property has any fruit trees, a 30 gallon well, underground electricity on site with 600 amps, and a 15degree ramp allows continuous visual contact when reversing. The owner extends the berth to 60 feet.
The pool offers refreshment and the property descends into the ocean with a docking station.
The restaurant had all the necessary permits, which expired at the expense of the owner of the device.
All documentation with the name of the hotel and the owner has written confirmation of the acceptance of the titles in the government.
Fishing is fabulous here and guests regularly bring record-breaking fish back after a day spent by the ocean. Available for fishing in Chiriquí Bay; Hannibal Bank, Montuosa, Thieves Education and other world record fishing.
