Builders demand the return of the investment citizenship program
Montenegro's construction companies propose to return to the investment citizenship program, seeing this as an important step for the accelerated economic development of the country. According to the owner of Zetagradnja, Blago you Radovich, foreign investors can become a catalyst for growth not only in the real estate sector, but also in other key industries if they get the opportunity to apply for citizenship.
His position is supported by David Morgasen, CEO of Arma Resort and Hotel InterContinental, as well as the head of Porto Montenegro. Margason noted that the investment citizenship program opens up prospects for the development of less popular regions of Montenegro, as well as attracts educated and enterprising people to the country who are ready to invest in the local economy and infrastructure.
