RESIDENCE PERMIT IN SPAIN WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE INCOME (RESIDENCIA NO LUCRATIVA EN ESPAÑA)
The visa request is submitted personally by the applicant. Only in exceptional cases and if there are valid reasons, the submission of documents by a trusted person may be allowed.
Two copies of the national visa application form, filled out accordingly and signed by the applicant, plus two photographs that meet the following requirements: 3.5 x 4.5 cm, color, full-face, bareheaded, on a white background.
The applicant must not be illegally in Spain and must not violate the obligation of non-return to Spain in case of voluntary return to the country of origin.
At the time of submitting the application, the prescribed fee of 60 euros must be paid.
Form 790 (code 052) — confirmation of payment of the fee for a preliminary permit for a temporary residence permit.
Request for a temporary residence permit without the right to receive income in the form EX-01.
A passport or other travel document recognized in Spain with a validity period of at least 1 year and a photocopy of all its pages.
An internal passport and a photocopy of all its pages.
A recent certificate of no criminal record, with a Spanish translation certified by the legalization department of the Consulate General of Spain in Moscow or made by an officially recognized sworn translator in Spain, issued no earlier than 3 months before applying for a visa by the competent authority of the country of origin, confirming the absence of a criminal record for crimes provided for by Spanish law.
A public or private health insurance policy issued by an insurance company accredited in Spain.
A recent medical certificate with a Spanish translation certified by the Legalization department of the Consulate General of Spain in Moscow or made by an officially recognized sworn translator in Spain, issued no earlier than 3 months before applying for a visa. The certificate should contain the following or similar wording: "It is hereby certified that Mr./Mrs. _____ does not suffer from diseases that may harm human health, as stipulated in the International Regulation on Sanitation of 2005."
To confirm the availability of sufficient funds at the time of applying for a visa, or to confirm the availability of a stable source of income sufficient for the normal level of residence of the applicant in, if applicable, his family members during the entire period of intended residence in Spain, without the need to carry out work or professional activities

Request and support from the Spanish Federal Migration Service to obtain a resident card (TIE).
