To obtain a mortgage loan in Spain, you must provide the following documentation to the bank:

All copies must be apostilled, after which they must be translated into Spanish by an interpreter officially registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain, or by an interpreter at the Spanish Consulate in the country of residence.
Documentation is required by the bank to prove the buyer's solvency.
After purchasing the property and obtaining a loan, all copies are returned to the buyer.
