3 YEARS VISA
Eligibility:
- The minimum property value is one million dirhams
- In case the property is mortgaged, 50% of property value or at least 1 million to be paid to the bank. NOC letter in Arabic along with mortgage bank statement will require to proceed with visa application
- Husband and wife can participate in one property if value of the property is one million dirhams or more (marriage certificate is required)
Requirements:
- Title deed
- Passport
- One personal photo
- Current valid visa
- Good conduct certificate from Dubai Police
- In case the property is mortgaged, bring NOC letter in Arabic along with mortgage bank statement will require to proceed with visa application
- POA will require in case the application will be submitted on behalf of the investor
Fees:
Initial approval - 945 dirhams
Final payment inside country - 14 289 dirhams
Note: The fees doesn't include health insurance
Note: you can sponsor your Parents as well and the fees is 9198 dirhams (included all except health insurance), included the security deposit of 2380 dirhams, that you can refund it once you want to cancel their visa. You can do all the procedure at Dubai Land Department. If you need renew your parents' visa - only you pay 2380 aed.
Note: you can sponsor your kids, payment is 7900 dirhams for one kid (included the 2380 security deposit).
