The observation deck At The Top in Dubai is one of three observation decks located in the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. The skyscraper has a height of 828 meters and 163 floors. 8 high-speed elevators deliver passengers to the observation decks on the 43rd, 76th and 124th floors at a speed of 10 m/sec.
