This terrible mistake in medical practice has led to serious consequences for an elderly woman. She could no longer carry out many daily tasks on her own, and her life changed radically.

However, this woman's story doesn't stop there. She and her family decided to seek justice and compensation for the damage that was caused to her.

First they turned to their insurance company, Berkshire Hathaway, asking for compensation. However, the insurance company did not immediately agree to admit guilt and pay compensation. This process turned out to be difficult and lengthy.

And only now, after a long time and a lot of legal proceedings, the injured woman and the Berkshire Hathaway insurance company have agreed to pay compensation in the amount of 450 thousand euros.
