The Sunny Day 3 complex with a fenced area is located in the western part of Sunny Beach.
The total area of the complex is about 14,000 sq. m, on which there are 15 five-story buildings. It has 350 apartments - studios, two- and three-room apartments, with a view of the pool or mountains. The building is commissioned (Act 16). The annual maintenance fee is fixed for all types of apartments and is 580 euros.
In the center of the complex with a closed area there is a swimming pool with a sun lounger area, walking alleys, parking spaces, shops, a children's playground, a reception, as well as access control through a barrier and security.
In the immediate vicinity of Sunny Day 3 there is a grocery base with fruits and vegetables, a year-round supermarket "Mladost", pharmacies and restaurants. The beach with entertainment and first-line establishments – souvenir and clothing shops, clubs, attractions, discos, bars and fast food outlets – starts just 1 km from the complex.
