The gated complex "Stella Polaris" is located in the southwestern part of the Sunny Beach resort, just 450 meters from the sandy beaches. There is a picturesque park in this area, and the territory itself has a developed infrastructure that ensures comfortable living.
The complex includes several buildings located on a common territory. There is a swimming pool with a recreation area, a supermarket, a lobby bar, as well as security and parking.
The complex was commissioned in 2007.
The annual maintenance fee is 8 euros per square meter.
